Lincoln County commissioners met in regular session March 1912 and approved current expense warrants for officials and services, including sheriffs, clerks, and paupers. They ordered highway district creation, set election dates, and directed notices. The board discussed road improvements, bond details, and sale of county property, including a safe, with public auction planned.
Notice to qualified electors of School District No 42 Dietrich Lincoln County Idaho of a March 16 1912 special election at the district school to decide a permanent school site. Two questions include site change and site selection with two thirds vote required. also whether to sell Block 49 Dietrich Townsite. Polls open 1 PM to 5 PM. The document bears the district court seal and is signed by Harry W Anderson Clerk with Haddork attorneys listed.
By order of Lincoln County Commission a sale is set for April 8 at 2 pm at the court house front door in Shoshone. Property described as part of the SW quarter of the NE quarter in Sec 34, Township ? South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian, containing ten acres more or less, with all liens and interests to be sold for cash to the highest bidder. Serial No 687. Sheriff signs the notice on March 26.
