Will Cross Bats At Ball Grounds Next Sunday
The village factions of married and single men plan a baseball game next Sunday afternoon at the ball grounds. The rivalry has lasted for years, with married men usually prevailing, but this year the single men expect to prove their superiority. Also noted are changes in Burgess Bowen’s business to Geo Purdum and W F Millsaps, promising prompt, courteous service and a square desk.
