Charlen Shuck left Wednesday for Twin Falls. Mrs Alvan Fortune and children came from Poca on Tuesday. Mr and Mrs Gray King and Henry King visited J D Fortune family Sunday. John Pregtizer and family attended Nupert show Tuesday evening along with several others.

Notice is given by the administrator of the estate of Ada F Martin deceased to creditors and all persons having claims against the estate to exhibit them with proof within four months after fiat publication. T Joe Orben, convicted in August 1919 for violation of prohibition laws in the Fourth Judicial District, Lincoln County, Idaho, was sentenced to one to two years at the State Penitentiary in Boise. He will apply to the State Board of Pardons at its next regular meeting after legal publication for an absolute pardon. Box 68 Boise Idaho.

Mr and Mrs R A Kibbe departed for Kansas to establish residence there while Mrs Frank Millsaps hosted the Guild gathering at her home Thursday afternoon, reflecting social activity in the community.
Miss Exine Clower now marks the summer home as Gooding College concludes its commencement exercises last Friday. A young daughter of Mr and Mrs Sam Petterson broke her arm after a fall from a horse Sunday evening and received X ray services at Gooding revealing a serious condition.
