Editor Treco Sentenced in Indeterminate Term

Byrd Trego editor of the Blackfoot Republican was found guilty of a statutory offense against his 11 year old adopted daughter. District Judge J M Stavens sentenced him to an indeterminate term of five to twenty five years in the state penitentiary. Appeal to the state supreme court is pending.
