The Board of Commissioners met by adjournment to address refunding of County Bonds. Present were Commissioners C. T. Harte and Chas. B. Gridley, and Clerk Harry W. Anderson. They adjourned the April session to May 28 1909 to take up the bond refunding matter.
Lincoln County Idaho Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution to issue twenty eight thousand dollars in refunding bonds to redeem existing bonds maturing July 1 1909. Bonds bear 4.25 percent interest payable semi annually and are secured by full faith and credit of the county. Process includes details on bond numbers denominations maturities and sale to Trowbridge and Niver Company with funds applied to extinguish the prior debt. The plan requires annual property taxes to cover interest and principal and authorizes the county treasurer to execute necessary actions.
