Since 1904 the facility uses Little Wood river dams, a 17 mile canal, 40 inch pipe, twin Leffel wheels and a Westinghouse 15 kilowatt generator to power 15 2000 c. p. arc lights and 1000 incandescent lamps. Water is stored in an 85 foot tank, pumped at 59 gallons per minute, with a 60 pound hydrant pressure. A steel lining will prevent ice blockage in the wooden flume and allow winter warming of pipes.
