A Idaho irrigation league meets to authorize a new assessment and to press ahead with a suit against an irrigation company. Members pledge funds to cover costs and authorize aggressive recruitment to meet a projected $7,000 needed, with attorney help secured from Pain and Snow of Boise.
Members agree to raise funds to push the lawsuit and to collect from new and delinquent members.
