The district court in Lincoln County Idaho issues an alias summons to Henna Winchester Reynolds in a civil action by the State of Idaho seeking $8008.08 in a loan repayment. The plaintiff alleges money loaned between October 20, 1909, and September 5, 1913, with the defendant to appear within twenty days in district and forty days elsewhere.
