Millett Killed After Railside Accident Near Rawlins
Ernest Millett, 21, son of Liberty Millett of Hagerman, was found fatally injured in Rawlins Wyoming railroad yards after a moving train. He appeared unconscious and died soon after, believed to have fallen from railroad cars while walking atop them. The man had been transporting his father's sheep eastward when the incident occurred. His remains were sent to Bliss and then Hagerman for burial. The story also notes irrigation projects near Gooding and a governor’s ranches, with emphasis on land reclamation and related developments.

The Moyer Case and Idaho Board Actions 1906
The Supreme Court refused to release Moyer Haywood and Pettibone held in Boise on charges in the Steunenberg murder. The decision centered on legality of imprisonment, not guilt. The county board met November 1906, canvassed election returns, planned a hot air furnace in the courthouse, approved licenses, and laid over roads and claims as listed, with adjournments through December 1906.
