Presbyterian Church of Gooding Incorporation Filed
Articles of incorporation for the Presbyterian church of Gooding were filed with the county recorder on Tuesday. Incorporators and trustees are John Keets Elizabeth Dwyer and Salem Carpenter elected at a meeting to organize the society. The church received lot donations from Gooding Townsite company to erect a building. Methodists, Episcopals and Baptists have also accepted lots and may follow.

Whittington Struck Pneumonia Recovers En Route Home
Frank Whittington returned two weeks ago from Kansas with pneumonia and fell ill near Green River. A railroad nurse and his wife treated him with heroic methods after Green River doctors doubted recovery. He improved quickly and was brought home where his condition improved and he resumed work. Whittington also notes mule prices rise in the south and east, with mules trading near gold dollar premiums while horses fall in value.

Death of Virginia-born pioneer Darrah noted in Shoshone
