Fragmentary notice indated text appeals to the ladies of Shoshone about a Dot stove and improving supper plans. A nearby helper offers quick delivery of cream or ice products at the park, promising prompt service and assistance.
Leslie Wheeler son of Mr and Mrs J W Wheeler of Shoshone died August 24 at age 12 after illness. Funeral services were held at the parents home August 26 with Rev Howard Bowler officiating. Wheeler had just returned from Chicago and fell ill en route to a Boise hospital where he died en route. Burial followed in Shoshone.
