Melvin and Milligan publishers of The Twin Falls Daily Press will take over the property today and relocate the enlarged plant to the Daily Press building. Henry J Kingsbury will head the job printing department, a leading artist in the region. Thomas Melvin returns from California to direct printing, with News Publishing Company guiding the overall enterprise in Twin Falls Idaho.
