Car Wreck Near Gonzales Town Leaves Victims
A collision on the Gonzales highway three miles from town Monday evening involved a Model T with Andrew Lamza and Willie Roznovsky and a V eight driven by Adolf Vancura as the T attempted a left turn. Lamza was hospitalized overnight with injuries, Roznovsky sustained bruises, Vancura was uninjured, and the Model T was wrecked.

One Killed in Three-Way Wreck East of Weimar
A three car collision five miles east of Weimar on No. 3 left Will Cook dead and four others injured. Kenneth Goode 16 suffered two broken legs and a fractured hip, Paul Harbus and Leon Kahlden had facial injuries, Henry Hodde injured, with Goode later taken to a San Antonio hospital. Cook died at Columbus hospital an hour after the crash. W D George of Houston, driving another vehicle, struck the group during extrication efforts.

E C Newmann, a Boy Scout Executive, escaped serious injury after his Pontiac sedan left the pavement near town on Monday night. He was traveling from Moulton toward Yoakum when the car struck a loose shoulder and rolled over after the rear wheel hit a riverbed, breaking the front glass but causing only minor bruises.
