Notice of 22nd annual meeting of branch mutual association
Members are informed of the 22nd general annual meeting to be held at the Shiner Opera House on Saturday May 24 1913 at 7 16 pm. Reports of officers will be read election of officers for the next fiscal year will occur and dues on the 100 valuation will be collected. If unable to attend, trade merchants will attend on behalf of customers. A first quarter directors meeting will follow on May 31 1913 and those with houses to appraise should notify the secretary O W Milner.

Several rains boosted cotton at Cort and. The Morris school concert on April 18 drew a large crowd. Berckenhoff of Range visited Yoakum with her daughter, then stayed with Frank Dolossi near Shiner. Kreager family from Norheim visited Ben Barres. Rosa Lee and Matilda Brosch with friends visited Annie Mikesh near Shiner. Frank Maresh's family visited relatives near Shiner. Death of Mrs Hoffmann in New Braunfels
Mrs L A Hoffmann died at her home in New Braunfels on April 22 aged 71. The interment occurred the next day in New Braunfels cemetery. She leaves a husband six children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Relatives and friends extend sympathy.
