Shiner Chamber hears bull circles growth and hotel need

At a regular Shiner Chamber meeting last Thursday, plans discussed include expanding bull circle dairy groups with 213 circles and 855 men, plus a survey by A&M and the Dallas News. A four quadrant system in Shiner is proposed, with farmers to indicate preferred bull types and breeds. A committee may pursue a first class hotel if stock subscriptions are sufficient, and publicity efforts for the town are assigned to a dedicated committee. The next meeting is set for Thursday July 4th.
