Moon Musings and Local Gatherings This May

May events at Star Hall include a Moon Musings show by Fane Brad on the 27th. Joe Raab hosted a party last Sunday night. Gotlieb Feller welcomed a christening for their youngest child. Emil Helweg traveled from Wit ting to Shiner on business. A dance at Lone Star Hall is planned for June 1, inviting all residents to attend.

Mr and Mrs Ahaldbert Clouhy and two daughters arrived from Europe on steamer Chemnitz on May 27 to settle with Mr and Mrs Frank Richa Sr They note visits by Mr Jos Drozda of Sweet Home on business and a fire that destroyed Mr Chas Schoenvogel of Scharlottenburg residence last Wednesday Several local visits to Sweet Home and Dilworth are recorded including Master Adolph Hubner and Otto Meyer family trips and Farm News.
