Reported mishap leaves Louie Trautwelp with a serious leg injury requiring crutches after a mishap during a game event. Other names mentioned include Joe W. Schindler and Mrs. J. Beni er, with travel notes toward Tyler and a grand ball planned.
Local residents report visits and stays across Texas towns including Eagle Lake Moulton Cuero Weimar and San Antonio. Students and instructors from Stuttgart and Baylor University are noted as well as several homecomings and social visits. A sale of two work mules is announced along with shop updates and a minor accident near Boggy Creek.
The next teachers examination will occur on June 5 6 and 7. On the first day applicants for a permanent certificate will be examined and those for a first and second grade on June 6 and 7. Examinations start at 3 a m each day.
