Commissioners Court Holds Regular Quarterly Session Actions
The Commissioners Court met Monday in regular quarterly session with Commissioners Eilers Kubiana Koerth and Bishop present and Judge McCutchan presiding. The annual statements for Shiner Independent School District and Moulton Independent School District were continued for want of vouchers. Bids opened for depository of county funds. Mouston State Bank bid accepted for 4.310 percent on daily balance for two years. County Judge McCutchan reported on the poor farm and offices, and the tax abrogation election for School District No. 2 was ordered. Quarterly reports for August Ziegler Precinct 8 Sheriff Noble and J P No. 7 were approved. School land report by Judge W. R. McCutchan approved.
