Accident injures Frank Hass near Dilworth

At Dilworth Texas on February 11 Frank Hass of Bartsch Bros. injured when a wagon fright caused him to fall and break his leg. He was taken to Gonzales for medical care. The article also notes a separate local report of smallpox among two workers on the Kokerndt place.

Record cabbage crop to flood Texas coast shipping

In San Antonio on February 14 the Aransas Pass Railway reports Texas will harvest its largest cabbage crop along the coast near Corpus Christi.
