Tim Cook most seriously hurt with head and body injuries. all treated and released except Cook and the Luling driver.

Relatives mourn the passing of Rudolph Chumchal Sr. born August 24, 1886 in Sweet Home Lavaca County. He died February 9 at Yoakum Hospital after living in Gonzales and Dilworth areas.
