Shiner FFA member Rodney Spann will compete in the calf scramble during the San Antonio rodeo performance on Sunday February 16. Twenty boys and ten calves participate per scramble with the winner receiving a certificate valued at fifteen to fifty dollars to aid livestock purchases for a productive project.
