End of the Boundry Sold to New York Firm
The Boundry, about 2,400 acres of open land, has been sold to the Flato & Green Land and Cattle Company of New York. Heirs from New York were in town to close the trade. The deal marks the passing of an old land mark and promises six to eight hundred more bales of cotton for Shiner.

Death of Mrs Charlotta Hillman at 86
Mrs Charlotta Hillman aged 86 died at the residence of August Martens Friday night after a brief illness. She was aunt to Mrs Martens and had lived with them about five years. She had no children of her own but left several step-children. Remains taken to Schulenburg for interment.
