Liebhafsky Named Outstanding Young Research Engineer
Herman A. Liebhafsky a 1926 Texas A&M graduate and 1929 California PhD holder is listed in American Men in Science as an outstanding young research engineer. With General Electric at Schenectady he studies physico chemical and analytical problems in mercury vapor power generation. He has 25 papers on electro chemistry catalysis thermo chemistry and related topics. He appeared on WGY Science Forum and co authored a new spectrophotometer publication. He is married and enjoys tennis handball and bowling. He was born in Zwittau Austria Hungary and homes in Shiner Texas.

Midway Demonstration Club Elects Delegates At A & M Short Course
