Westfield Packer Elmer Van Camp Dies After Illness
Elmer Van Camp of the Van Camp Packing Company Westfield died Sunday evening after a three week illness at age 41. He leaves a widow and one daughter. Death followed complications from a surgical operation to remove his tonsils three weeks ago.

Oversea Soldier Roy Partlow Buried in Tipton County
The local Post of American Legion furnished the firing squad for the funeral of Roy Partlow held Tuesday at Hills church. An oversea veteran, he died Sunday of typhoid fever and was a son of Chas Partlow who lives near Little New York in Tipton County.
