In Noblesville Indiana on March 26 1914 Judge Vestal decided the divorce case Solomon Cruse versus Lizzie Cruse with the husband granted the divorce and the wife awarded alimony. Cruse must also pay $45 plus an unpaid balance for wife support. The Cruses reside in Zionsville and are known in Hamilton County. The plaintiff is 74 the wife 51 and she did not testify.

The Indiana Condensed Milk Co bought the Sani tary Milk Company's Lebanon plant and will haul milk to Sheridan for condensation. A Lebanon creamery will be built if supplies justify, with 40 to 60 workers and about 250000 in annual labor outlay. Fred Parr of Sheridan will head the Lebanon operation with Roy Mace and Clyde Cox among the staff. C A Beery will lead field milk procurement.

Death of Joel Shoe A Prominent Sheridan Farmer
Joel Shoe a prosperous farmer died at his home one mile west of Sheridan Friday night about midnight from heart trouble. He had been in poor health months but remained active until retirement the night of his death. Funeral services were held at his home Monday conducted by Sheridan S O R M and he was buried at Spencer cemetery. Born January 2 1844 in North Carolina he moved to Marion County Indiana as a child and leaves a large family including two wives and several children and siblings. He had lived on the same farm since 1872 and was 70 years old.
