A M Clark Dies After Cancer Stroke Near Sheridan
A M Clark aged 72 dies Friday night from liver cancer while living with his daughter Mrs Roscoe McCory northeast of Sheridan. He was in his seventy third year and Mrs McCory the sole surviving child. Burial took place Sunday near Brazil.

Moose Lodge Effects Sold At Auction For Creditors
The Moose Lodge assets were auctioned Friday to pay creditors of the defunct club. Items sold included a pool table desk chairs and dishes and brought about sixty dollars with half covering legal expenses. Claims exceeded sixty two dollars leaving creditors about fifty cents on the dollar.

Republicans Open Campaign Here in Adams Township Meeting
County Chairman B E Pardue announced the first township campaign meeting in Adams township to select delegates and alternates for the state Republican convention.
