Fire destroys Lamong residence of C. M. Walker
A blaze at the Lamong home of C. M. Walker, southeast of Sheridan, started by an overheated stove or gas jet, was discovered after midnight. The house burned rapidly. only part of the lower-room furniture could be saved. Insured for 600 dollars, the loss is expected to be total as the policy had not yet transferred to the buyer, Lambert Ogle.
