Noblesville Indiana March 3 1921 Hamilton county township assessors and deputies with County Assessor E A Mosbaugh held a forenoon session in the Probate court room to adopt a two month schedule and discuss duties. The meeting included eight of nine assessors and all deputies, Horace Pettijohn being absent sick. They outlined livestock and farm product valuations and urged listing all personal property to prevent a higher next year tax levy. The Citizens Bank of Jolietville will open for business on Saturday March 12. Final arrangements were decided at a Wednesday night community meeting. The bank has a capital stock of 10 000 largely distributed among local residents. A 21 by 50 foot brick building has been completed and is ready for the spring day. Fire at High School Building Promptly Contained
A small fire at the high school building Monday morning started from an overheated furnace. Investigators found floor sleepers over the Manual Training room were too close to the furnace and will be altered. The blaze was discovered in time to prevent loss, and the fire drill aided a quick evacuation of students.
Odd Fellows Lodge Holds Open Meeting in Sheridan
