April term discharged by Noblesville court
Noblesville Indiana July 18 1912 the jury for the April term of court has been discharged. Judge Vuistalis is with the Indiana National guards at Fort Benjamin Harrison. Judge Nash will preside as special judge in Hummer cases. The term will adjourn at end of July. Judge Vestal granted a fast divorce in ten minutes. The Odd Fellows case in Cicero remains in court. Cyrus Chance faces three grand jury indictments for carrying a revolver. A jail sentence was suspended and self defense noted. Auditor Griffin calls a special County Council session July 27 to replenish funds ahead of the 1913 appropriations.

Typhoid victim John Agers died Monday at 1 PM at his son's home in the town's south part after about a week of fever. He was sixty and survived by two sons, William and Jerryff of Pittsburg. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Ridge Cemetery conducted by Rev. Burns.
