State Tax Board to Hear Objections in Hamilton County
Noblesville Indiana July 17 1919 County Assessor E A Mosbaugh has been notified that the State Tax Board will on Tuesday August 12 hear any objections Hamilton county may have to the equalization ordered for real estate and personal property. The final results will be sent forward in a few days. The board may boost land improvements up to 150 per acre. The same issue will affect Woodruff v Caca at the Indiana Industrial Board which may reach the October term.

Expect 10 Build Roads This Fall
County Commissioners Stultz Gen try and Symons with County Surveyor Shannon visited Sheridan and Adams township to review two proposed road improvements under the state highway commission. The Jerk water north of Sheridan and an east extension to the Range line were discussed with local farmers. Two and one half miles will be built this year, with more miles planned next year after state board approval and required red tape. Work should start soon and be completed this fall.

Practice For Community Sing At Library Basement
A large group gathered at the Library basement on Tuesday evening to rehearse with the Sheridan band for the Big Community Sing next Wednesday evening.
