George N. Glass Declared of Unsound Mind
A sanity commission including Squire Moore and Drs Millikan and Davenport found George N Glass to be an unsound mind on Tuesday. Moore reported to the Clerk Wednesday. Glass will be sent to the Insane Asylum this week after arriving from Zionsville Monday evening and remaining at the Thistlethwaite hotel. He is described as violent but unaware of his actions.

Barber Ward Steals 116 Dollars Then Flees Toward Indianapolis
A young barber employer of Reece and Foster, Earl Ward about twenty one, stole 116 dollars from Johnson and Uo's Bakery after being discharged for drinking. He eluded capture by riding toward Kempton then headed to Indianapolis, leaving town after losing the money. Ward denied the theft initially but returned money when confronted. He is described as a well dressed, good looking youth with affluent parents in Indianapolis.

The rural free delivery expands with the seventh route from this office. Route No 33 begins August 1, covering north and west town area over 140 square miles, 25 miles long serving 97 families and 388 people. Bert Tapp named as carrier. Terhune route also starts same day with Art Spencer as carrier.
