Noblesville Indiana July 4 1918 the April term of the circuit court nears completion with most jury activity unlikely to resume. Judge Clee may take August vacation and the October term starts first Monday. Mrs Alma Ballentine seeks support from the estate of her husband James Ballentine who is in an asylum. Guardianship is assigned to Noblesville Practice Company. Ballentine receives a $25 immediate and $25 monthly allowance. Other items include Sadie Paddock suing John H Myers for care costs and Hamilton County voter registration totals at about half the electorate. Local clerks Essington and Eller assist the government while courts handle individual cases.

Monon Introduces New Time Card for Passenger Service
A new time card on the Monon rail line will replace the neon trains with two new passenger runs. Northbound train arrives at 1 12 A.M. and southbound at 5 17 A.M., both stopping only to load mail and express goods. The American Railway Express Company takes over express duties starting Monday.

Rucker Addresses Large Sheridan Audience

Call For Sixty Four More From Hamilton County

Holders of first and second Liberty bonds may convert to bonds of the third Liberty loan bearing 44 percent interest. Conversion must be done by November 9 with bank forms. Higher interest applies from June 5 for first issue and May 15 for second. Conversion bonds retain terms on maturity payments and redemption as the bonds exchanged.
