Monon Pays $400 for Arm Injuries Settlement
Mrs. W. L. Cutts of Hortorville received a $400 check from the Monon Railway Company as full settlement for injuries from an August accident near Carmel while en route to a Broad Ripple Sunday school picnic. A car window fell on Mrs. Cutts arm causing a severe wound. the claim was settled after conferences without court intervention.

New Justice of the Peace Appointed for Adams Township
Peter B. Stout was appointed Justice of the Peace for Adams Township by the Commissioners last week. The action followed a petition signed by twenty Sheridan taxpayers. State Auditor Takes Charge Of Closed Noblesville Bank
