Special to the News Noblesville Ind Jan 26 The Consumers Gas Trust Company of Indianapolis filed 67 gas leases in White River Wayne and Fall Creek townships indicating no further gas drilling in Hamilton county. The Recorder’s office receipts reached 47 70 the largest in years. Prohibitionists plan a Hamilton county convention at the court house next Saturday with State Chairman H J Hall addressing. Foreclosure dismissals and new legal actions are noted including wages suit and contested marriage. Small pox case trends show subsiding in Boone county and Interurban survey advances for a Noblesville line with a 50 year franchise request.
