State accountants Major and Thornton reviewed three years of Sheridan school board books. Sheridan to Add Cold Storage Plant With 50 Car Load Capacity
The Sheridan Water Light & Heat Company will erect a 64 by 35 by 26 foot cement block cold storage plant east of the existing ice plant. It will store fifty car loads of ice at all times and handle a nine十 car loads summer export plus future apple storage catering to Monon area contractors. The project costs about 7500 dollars and will boost seasonal storage and shipping.

Bound Over To Circuit Court In Weld Outfit Theft
Aldus Bailey, about twenty, was arraigned in Squire Stout's court on theft charges. After a preliminary hearing he admitted to inspecting the welding apparatus and visiting the garage area where it was later found by Marshal Fisher. The torch was recovered from an old ice house behind the Union Block shortly after the theft.
