Residence of Alfred Hancock Burns East of Sheridan
Alfred Hancock and his wife were away when a cook stove overheated and caused a fire that burned their home twenty four miles east of Sheridan. Neighbors rushed to help but only a portion of belongings could be saved. The loss was insured.
