Ova Bowers Sells Forty Acres Near Sheridan at 189 Per Acre
Ova Bowers sold forty acres, four and a half miles northeast of Sheridan, to J. A. Cline for 189 per acre, total 7600, with five acres as wood lot and a small barn but no house. Bowers then purchased Mabrey’s forty acres south of Sheridan for 15000. Path deals were by Sim Cox. A two horse team ran away on Tenth Street Wednesday afternoon. one horse slipped, but minimal damage occurred.
