E. T. Williams Oil Company of Casper Wyoming with Sheridan stockholders plans a refinery on Salt Creek leases with capacity of 800 barrels a day to process lighter cuts. It will blend with casing head gasoline from Williams Gasoline Company and market via nearby filling stations. Previous underuse due to lack of marketing access and pipeline limits halted operations at times.

Grandenson and Pauley of Crawfordsville have purchased the Robert Dale 5 and 10 cent store in Sheridan after negotiations completed Monday through Cox and Powell of Lebanon. The new owners sign a lease for the room formerly part of the John Stahl estate and plan to move across the street after invoicing this week. Albert H. Pauley will manage and relocate to Sheridan. Cox, a former Sheridan resident and local high school graduate, handled the deal.

Five Year Old Boy Dies After Brain Tumor
Marvin Baldo McDonald aged five died Thursday January 5 after suffering from a brain tumor since April. He lost his sight in June. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Vernon M. McDonald a sister Mary ten and a brother Woodrow eight. Funeral services were held Saturday at Hill's at eleven o'clock conducted by Rev. Jones.

Bank Fraud Suspect Louks Arrested in Sheridan
