The American Legion Ken neth V. Elliott post held a successful Monday meeting at the library basement featuring Legion Six orchestra Norman Fisher solos and war songs by audience members. Sheridan Young Man Killed in Cleveland
Herman Fristoe twenty five year old son of Mr and Mrs E T Fristoe of Sheridan was killed instantly at Cleveland Ohio Saturday noon when struck by a heavy automobile truck as he and a fellow worker tried to board a street car. He had lived in Cleveland about two years after leaving Washington DC where he served in the war. He leaves a wife and four year old son. The body was brought home with the funeral at his Sheridan residence followed by burial in Crown View cemetery.

Boone County Calf Club Inspires Dairy Development
