An eighteen year old Pvt. pleads for shipment to the Orient as part of a wartime effort. The brief item notes a young Chinese language trainee seeking deployment to assist in intelligence and field communications.
Secretary Stimson advocates continued military courtesy and high discipline during redeployment.
