Chances Dim For New Sharpsburg Keedysville Road
The four mile Sharpsburg Keedysville road bid of 104 848 94 by F Flannigan faces delays as Washington county cannot fund its share. State Roads Commission delayed notice, town bonds unlikely, though 30 400 credit may help. If built it would be asphalt with a concrete shoulder, with state and federal halves pending funds.
