Rev Thomas E Myers and Elvina Cobb of Baltimore county renewed their romance at Emory Grove camp meeting after decades apart. Both had twice married and buried spouses. Myers proposed to Mrs Hall and they wed on the fortieth anniversary of their separation under a silver bell, with family and parishioners in attendance as rice and slippers showered them on leaving for Woodberry cottage.
