Movement of Tenants and Relocations in Shepherdstown Area
A long list of addresses and properties shows widespread relocation as tenants move April first. Families shift from Avila and nearby farms to the Muzzey and Tabler areas, with many farms and houses changing hands, including transfers involving Rush, Reinhart, and Wysong properties as residents depart or move nearby. The note records multiple moves in Shepherdstown and environs, reflecting a broad pattern of tenancy changes.
