Rededication and local notices in Shepherdstown area

The Lutheran Church at Harrisonburg was rededicated on Sunday the 23rd with Rev J J Miller delivering the dedication sermon to a large crowd. News includes a jail booking for a Black man named John Edwards and civil suit by a Bolivar woman for seduction, plus patent news for George H Colbert in Washington County Md and honors for Dr N D Baker as a University of Maryland graduate. Also reported are episcopal appointments in Maryland and Virginia and a list of dead letters at the Shepherdstown Post Office.
