Elections and salaries set by the 1866 Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors met at Shepherdstown and Bolivar Township, electing James Logie as President and reelecting Th. C. Later as clerk. They approved salaries for county officers, reduced township clerks pay, and issued numerous licenses to sell spirituous liquors. The session adjourned to July 20, 1866, with a resumed meeting noted for the following day.
