Mr Frank Small and wife visiting Mr David Hadges were returning home when their wagon sank into a hole on a bad road. Mrs Savall was thrown, breaking her ankle and receiving arm bruises. Injured jury reported doing as well as could be expected. Eastbound stock train collision at Seeler’s switch near Buckeystown Maryland wrecked engine caboose and many hogs killed. Engineer David Drenner and fireman F E Boyer escaped by jumping. The wreck caught fire and some cars burned.
