Christmas Eve on the Mountain and the Village
A vintage tale of a 19-year-old mountain shepherd and his love as a Christmas pageant unfolds. Amid lights and hymns he tends his flock through a winter storm, chooses duty over romance, and finally reconciles with the girl after reuniting with the sheep. A moral on charity and justice closes the scene.
