Local rural notes include hogs killed and weddings
The column records Clinton Swain killing hogs weighing 445 pounds and 1 700 pounds in total, a Sunday church event with Moller supplying piano, visits from Mrs Ohta Mimma Reichard of Ohio, and multiple family updates. It notes fodder hauling troubles for farmers, rain or light snow delays, and several deaths and funerals at Mountain View and Bakersville churches.
