August Democratic Conservative County Convention urged
The County Executive Conservative Committee resolves that the Democratic Conservative party meet at voting precincts on Saturday Aug 12 at 3 PM, except Bolivar and Harper's Ferry townships at 7 PM, to select delegates for the Senatorial and County Conventions, and to pick delegates for the Congressional Convention at Keyser. Also, a separate Aug 12 meeting to nominate legislative candidates and appoint an Executive Committee.
