Public Service Commission sets new phone rates 1920
The Virginia Public Service Commission approved rate changes for the Telephone Company Measured to include a direct line four party line and residence rates with a five cent per call charge between exchanges. The decision envisions a general rate increase and a requirement to file a detailed revenue report, effective April 1 1920, with a follow up report by October 30 1920.
